MACHINE OPERATOR - DIRECT HIREUp to $23/HR + Overtime | Excellent Benefits

Pay & Shifts

Training (6-8 Weeks)

• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday-Friday

Permanent Shifts

• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday-Friday | $22/hr
• 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM, Sunday-Thursday | $23/hr

Overtime Available

• 2-4 additional hours at the end of shifts as needed
• Occasional Saturdays with advance notice

Key Responsibilities

• Operate up to 4 industrial machines
• Change tooling using hand and power tools
• Inspect parts using quality measurement tools
• Lift, push, and move materials throughout the shift
• Complete production paperwork and material tracking
• Follow Kan-Ban, quality, and safety procedures

Requirements

• Machine operating experience or strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours per shift
• Ability to work in a hot (but clean) manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift, push, and pull materials repeatedly
• Strong attention to quality and detail

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
