Marriott is seeking a vigilant Lifeguard to ensure the safety and enjoyment of guests at our hotel pools and recreational water areas. In this role, you will monitor pool activities, enforce safety rules, and respond quickly and effectively to emergencies. Duties include conducting water rescues, performing CPR and first aid when needed, and inspecting and maintaining pool equipment and deck cleanliness. You will also provide friendly guest assistance, support poolside events, and collaborate with the hospitality team to uphold Marriott’s standards of service, safety, and guest satisfaction.
