We provide the following services to our customers: Erosion Control, Retaining Walls, Brick Patios, Irrigation, Concrete, Grading, Fertilizing, Seeding, Sodding, Trees, Planting Beds and Ponds. OPEN POSITIONS: Laborer: No experience necessary. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and must be able to adapt to a variety of different labor assignments and weather. Usual work hours are 7:00am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday. Equipment Operator: Equipment Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining equipment in a responsible, effective and safe manner. This equipment can include trucks, agricultural tractors, excavators, skid steers, snow blowers, compactors, front end loaders, hand tools, lawn mowers and trimmers. Individual will assist laborers on the crew when equipment is not in use. Knowledge of bobcats, tractors, skid steers, excavators, payloader and trucks is required. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and must be able to adapt to a variety of different labor assignments and weather. Usual work hours are 7:00am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday. CDL Required BENEFITS: * A monthly $450.00 bonus for laborers/equipment operators just for showing up to work everyday (after 3 months) * PTO time (after 3 months) * Paid holidays (after 3 months) * Profit sharing plan (Christmas Bonus) * Simple IRA plan (after 1 year) * Funeral/Bereavement Leave * Weekly pay periods * Per diem is given and hotel is paid if a job would require overnight stay * Davis Bacon (Federal) wages may apply on some projects Training and/or Certifications Provided: * Erosion Control practices and certification * Class A CDL license training and licensing * Traffic Control and Flagger training and certification * CPR and First Aid training * Residential and commercial landscaping/seeding/concrete training
