We are looking for a welcoming and organized Bilingual Spanish Receptionist to support daily front-desk operations in Dorchester, Massachusetts. This Contract position is well suited for someone who enjoys creating a positive first impression, handling routine administrative tasks, and keeping the reception area running smoothly. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to a well-organized environment while assisting visitors, staff, and callers with efficiency and courtesy.
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors promptly and provide a courteous, friendly experience upon arrival.
• Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and relay messages accurately.
• Manage the front desk area to ensure it remains organized, presentable, and ready for daily operations.
• Support basic administrative activities such as filing, data entry, and document handling.
• Coordinate visitor sign-in procedures and assist with general office communication.
